Buyer guide

A practical quality check for press-on nail programs.

Use this guide while comparing samples, preparing kit components, and approving production. It is a buyer’s working checklist — not a product-safety certification.

Inspection areas

Start with the part you are sourcing.

Each category has a different failure mode, so each needs a different sample and pre-shipment check.

FIT, STRUCTURE & FINISH

Check the product the way the customer wears it.

A beautiful sample is not enough. Inspect fit, feel, finish, and SKU consistency across the supplied size range.

For sample approval
Ask for: approved golden sample, size map, material declaration, and batch photos before bulk production.
01

Fit and curvature

Try the same set on flat, average, and high-curvature nail beds. Check sidewall lift, cuticle gap, and whether the labelled sizes remain consistent.

02

Material and structure

Flex each tip without creasing it. Compare thickness at the cuticle, centre, and free edge; look for stress whitening, sharp edges, bubbles, or uneven moulding.

03

Art and finish

Compare colour, chrome, gems, and top coat against the approved sample under daylight. Rub the surface lightly and check that decorations and print stay clean.

04

Set completeness

Count every size and accessory. Confirm SKU, orientation, duplicate tips, and the product image all match the agreed style before packing.
